I have to be honest for a sec. I was dreading this summary of my song ever since I saw how much work I put into it(I kept notes while working, just over two pages of notes), so I decided just to sum it up instead of going into details because face it, besides Mr. Rabuse nobody is going to care. Without further ado here is my seventh project:

James,
excellent work. The drums really do make a difference- especially the kick drum. I know you prefer the FPC drums, but I think, given he techno nature of this tune, that the FPC tom fills sound a little out of context in this one. I'd prefer to hear all synth drums.
The layering is great. I like your melody, and the bass on the upbeats. The long fade at the end is good too. Well done.

I really enjoyed the melody used in your synth. Also, when the apeggiated background melody changes to more of a guitar sound, it does a great job of emphasizing itself. My only concerns are, to me, when the kick drum first comes in, there's not enough of a buildup to let the ears know something's coming. Other than that my only thoughts were that the fade out at the end with the cymbal hit contradict each other. The fade out, to me, represents a gradual let down and ending while the cymbal is more a definate, unquestionable end.
Nice job
I really like this project, it seems well developed. The ending is fitting and the melody is cool. The drums fit very well and it is a very good project to be your "pride and joy".
