Second Awesome Project

I didn't know what I was doing going into this Project, so I winged it. I started with a simple chop of a note and soon I was chopping on Heaven's Door. I hit a snag with just the Slayer and FPC but with some help from the totally awesome Mr. Rebuse and his kind words of wisdom I added the other slayer (the long chord) and the bass. The end result reminded me of a song from a game I play (Bully). Anyway enjoy and thanks for the awesome (am I over using that word) comments from the first one, even if I don't know what panning means.

That was pretty cool. The best part, and the part that stood out the most, for me at least, was the bass line. I really liked that. Keep it up.

Nice job. I thought it came together nicely, each part standing out on its own. The only thing that I would recommend is slowing down the first guitar melody to better match the others. Overall, my ears enjoyed it.

first off i liked it! the only thing i dont agree with was the guitar thing in the beginning i thought it started the song on a wayy to complicated note. i liked the song more toward the end, but i am looking forward to listening to more of your music.

I agree with Mass snowsk8 that the bass part was a stroke of genius. That was a good groove. Was that chopped? Your post didn't say. It's always a good idea to highligh a good groove with an uncomplicated pattern. Putting another busy pattern in along with that bass line would have masked the bass line, and that would have been tragic. You did the right thing by having a long sustained guitar sound in the background. Your other part (also guitar) stayed out of the way of your bass line too by being in the upper register. Good job.
