Ninth Project

Here it is, my last project ever. I hope it is a good parting gift. It was not the masterpiece I was hoping for, but I like it none the less.

I used some old synthes I created and used some chords. The structure of it took me awhile to come up with but I think it worked out in the end. I also experimented with volume control to make it sound better and to give it an ending, which I like, even if it is anticlimactic. I hope you all enjoy my last project.

Tenth Project

No I haven't forgotten how to count. I know I skipped nine because I finished project ten before nine. don't worry, nine is coming. Here's ten, my attempt at commercial music.

The idea for this project is to take a commercial without any sound and to add our own music and sound effects. While I succeeded at the music part, I was less than good with the voices that would normally go with a commercial about toothpaste.

I used steel drums to give it a happy sound to it and to give it structure, but I was unregulated in my melody. That's why it sounds random.

eighth project

Here it is at last, my eighth project.

I feel terrible about this one. The ending is not what I wanted but time has forced my hand again. Curse you time!

The entire project wasn't a failure though, I got two great sounding synths out of it which I hope to use in my next project. I should probably describe them, here they are:

Phat Saw - This one is unique since it goes up and down an octave and has a loop. This makes it sound awesome and fun to listen too.

Woah - I forgot what makes this one unique but if you turn the Modulation X knob the sound it creates is wicked. (can I use wicked to describe it)

I admit the structure of this song was heavily influence by my last project but if it works don't fix it.

Hopefully my next project will be better and more thought out then this rush job.
